two different ships?[]

Since the Armada ship was deconstructed by the Borg, wouldn't the later appearance be a new, separate ship? - Bell'Orso (talk) 15:41, February 13, 2014 (UTC)

It's certainly possible. It would make sense if the assimilated Tonawanda wasn't ever recovered by Starfleet, and equally so as the 2385 ship seems to be the Prometheus renamed as they share the same registry (possibly to make way for the Prometheus-class)? Armada takes place in a different continuity than Litverse. It is possible the Tonawanda was assimilated in one timeline and spared in another. –-- Markonian 07:38, July 31, 2014 (UTC)
