A Tarkalean condor is an avian creature from Tarkalea.
When Odo was in the midst of chasing two Yridians who had cheated at dabo in Quark's, he jumped off the second level of the Promenade, momentarily forgetting he had lost his Changeling shape-shifting abilities at this point.
