Tavrithinn th'Cheen was an Andorian thaan who served as an officer in the Federation Starfleet in the 22nd century. He was the member of the prominent Clan of Cheen.

History

As a member of the Clan of Cheen, he grew up in wealth and had the best education money and influence can buy, but despite this, th'Cheen decided to enter the Andorian Imperial Guard. He advanced trough the ranks, but he did so by working hard, not by using his family name.

By 2165, he attained the rank of lieutenant in the Federation Starfleet and served as tactical officer on the USS Vol'Rala. He participated in several battle first in the the clean up of the Kandari sector after Rigel joined the Federation and banned piracy, then the Ware campaign.

In October of that year, the sixth month of the campaign, the Vol'Rala was destroyed with all hands in a valiant fight to cover the evacuation of the Partnership of Civilizations planet Cotesc from an invading Klingon fleet. (ENT - Rise of the Federation novel: Live by the Code)
