In 2385, Teclas met with Jean-Luc Picard on Ferenginar. During the meeting, Teclas acknowledged that rogue elements of the Typhon Pact may have been involved in the assassination of Federation President Nanietta Bacco on Deep Space 9 but that Kamemor's government would never condone such an act.
