Telek R'Mor was a low-ranking Romulan scientist attached to Romulan Astrophysical Academy during the mid-24th century.
Doctor R'Mor, in early 2350, began a three-year mission doing "secret research" aboard the Romulan science ship, the RIS Talvath. The next year, Dr. R'Mor established communication with the USS Voyager from 2371 through a micro-wormhole. Voyager crewmembers gave R'Mor some messages to deliver to their families but he died in 2367, four years before he was to deliver them. (VOY episode: "Eye of the Needle")
