The Tellar News Service (also known as the Tellarite News Service) was a prominent news agency on Tellar in the late 24th century.

History[]

In 2379, the Tellar News Service's Palais correspondent was a Tellarite named Kav. (TNG novel: A Time for War, A Time for Peace)

On 30 June 2408, the Tellar News Service issued a report from the McAllister C-5 Nebula that a cult group known as the Children of Fluidic Light committed suicide by piloting a private ore freighter into the heart of the nebula in hopes of entering fluidic space. Jake Sisko included the story in his "Undine War History" project. (STO novel: The Needs of the Many)
