Tellius was a Romulan man, a general who lived in the 22nd century.
After the end of the Earth-Romulan War in 2160, Tellius negotiated the first Treaty of Algeron.
In 2163, Tellius was removed from history by the Devidians and imprisoned with Spock, Data, Gowron and Captain John Harriman so that history would be altered. (ST - Convergence comics: "Future Imperiled", "Split Infinities")
