Tellus was a Vulcan who lived during the time of Surak, when he was a warrior within the armies of the warlord Sudoc. He would reject the pacifistic logical teachings of Surak's followers and create the Children of Ket-Cheleb who were taught to embrace their war-like ways. He would abandon Vulcan to continue the teachings of D'era elsewhere and was credited in the development of the Romulan people that landed on Romulus.
