Biography[]
In the year 2311, he held the rank of lieutenant and was serving as security chief aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise-B. (TLE novel: Serpents Among the Ruins)
By 2319, Tenger, now a 25-year veteran of Starfleet, had been promoted to Commander and served as the Enterprise's Second officer in addition to his duties as Chief of Security. (TLE novel: One Constant Star)
