Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

A termination implant was a piece of Dominion technology. Such implants were embedded in the brain stem of Vorta and, when activated, killed the individual.

In 2375, Weyoun Six activated his termination implant as a way to save Odo from pursuing Jem'Hadar. Weyoun found that the process was not painless, as the Founders had told him. (DS9 episode: "Treachery, Faith, and the Great River")

One of the clones of Vannis intentionally activated her termination implant to kill herself, as did Elani. (DS9 - Worlds of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine novel: The Dominion: Olympus Descending, VOY - Spirit Walk novel: Enemy of My Enemy)
