Terrence is the alter ego of Taran'atar in Elias Vaughn's second orb experience.
Terrence worked as an orderly in the Riverside Asylum for the clinically insane in which Benny Russell and Eli Underwood were residents. He reminded Eli of the soldiers he fought along side and against in the Korean War. (DS9 novel: Unity)
