Teshaav on Virinat.
Teshaav was a Romulan woman, a settler in the Virinat colony in the year 2409 until the planet was invaded by the joint forces of the Tal Shiar and the Elachi. (STO mission: "A Day on the Farm")
Teshaav's fate after the invasion is revealed in the STO mission: "Devil's Choice". It is not a happy one.
