Tessik Prime was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, in orbit of the Tessik star system. Tessik Prime was visited by the starship Enterprise in the year 2152, where a crewman contracted Rigellian fever and started an epidemic, forcing Phlox to inoculate the entire crew.
