Thagard was a member of Starfleet in the 23rd century. In the 2270s, Thagard served as a yeoman aboard the USS Enterprise.

Biography[]

In 2277, Thagard handled James T. Kirk a PADD to sign as the Enterprise entered the Novak system. After signing requisitions, requests for shore leave, maternity leave and a transfer for a crewman to Starfleet Academy, Kirk lamented to Thagard that "The credit-entry stops here".
