Holosimulations

List of hologram simulations.

The Boomer Diaries was a serialized holonovel popular in the mid 24th century, set near the beginning of the warp-5 era in the mid 22nd century. Two key characters were named Vallejo and Dirani. The later seasons of the narrative were considered inferior to the earlier ones, given the contrivances of the storylines, and the difficulty of maintaining a sense of isolation with the passage of time.

Lieutenant Rebekah Grabowski of the USS Enterprise-D was a fan of The Boomer Diaries prior to her assimilation by the Borg in 2365. When she came aboard the USS Enterprise-E in 2380, she downloaded the later seasons of The Boomer Diaries to her personal database. (TNG novel: Greater Than the Sum)
