Former Governor Adrian Kodos owned a copy of the complete works. Following his escape from Tarsus IV, one of the few things he took with him from his previous life was that copy of Shakespeare's works. Kodos resolved that he would dispose of that particular copy of the complete works and pick up a fresh copy in order to eliminate the possibility of it being tied back to him.
