Log entries[]

  • Security log, supplemental.
The Ferengi is at it again. Though I don't know which is worse, the fact that he smuggled an Earth dog onto this station or that it came with some mysterious Borg tech. The dog- named Latinum, appropriately- is staying in Holosuite Four with Vic. I hate to admit it but Nerys was right: shape-shifting into fellow corgi for a run was enjoyable. Not too enjoyable, but enough.
The Borg tech, though, remains a concern. Dr. Bashir confirmed it's clear of nanoprobes and appears to be some sort of dat interface device developed on the black market. Starfleet wants to experiment with it as a war asset, though Captain Sisko is apprehensive. However, our recent failure at the Kalandra sector has the captain reconsidering.
