The Truth About Tribbles

The Truth About Tribbles was a two-part comic story published by IDW Publishing in 2012, written by Mike Johnson, a loose adaptation of the original story of TOS episode: "The Trouble with Tribbles" by David Gerrold. Adapting the story from the TOS series to a Kelvin timeline version, the two parts were the 11th and 12th issues of IDW's ongoing series of The Original Series comics.

Summary[]

A mission to Iota Geminorum IV leads to an encounter with Klingons who are trying to exterminate the tribbles that live there. Soon after, Captain Kirk has to save Earth from a horde of tribbles that begin to threaten the planet.
