Doctor Thelex was the Andorian chief of dentistry on board starbase Vanguard in the 2260s. He was gruff and wore octagonal-frame glasses.
In 2265, Dr. Thelex treated Tim Pennington in Vanguard Hospital after Cervantes Quinn broke two of the reporter's teeth in a brief bar fight. Pennington didn't appreciate Thelex's blunt sense of humor. (VAN novel: Harbinger)
