Thrifis Chovich was a 24th century member of Starfleet who served as a Commandant of Starfleet Academy in the mid 2360s decade.
History[]
During his tenure as commandant, Admiral Chovich oversaw preparation of an updated Officer's Manual to familiarize cadets with Starfleet operations, and wrote the book's introduction.
He also supplied updated application criteria and details of Starfleet Academy's entrance exam for Starfleet recruitment offices. (FASA RPG module: Star Trek: The Next Generation Officer's Manual)
