In an alternate timeline in which the Augments won the Eugenics Wars, Tiberius Sejanus Singh was the grandson of Khan Noonien Singh. He reigned as the Khan Imperator of the Khanate of Earth in the 24th century. While Tiberius had the strength, cunning and intelligence common to all Augments, it was generally agreed that he had little of the charisma possessed by his famous ancestor. - Considering that Khan's counterpart did not have any children before departing Earth in the SS Botany Bay in 1996, it is highly likely that Tiberius Sejanus Singh has no analogue in the proper timeline.
