Til'amin froth was a sort of drink. (TNG episode: "Eye of the Beholder")

History and specifics[]

Two engineers at the Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards both claimed to have invented the drink, so the bartender of the Engine Room named it after both of them, Rodrick Til and Jarrah Amin. (ST reference: The Star Trek Cookbook)

It was a well known beverage. (ST reference: Celebrations)

Quark was known to serve Til'amin froth in his bar on Starbase Deep Space 9 which was well regarded. Jadzia Dax, Ezri Dax and Julian Bashir have ordered it. (DS9 episodes: "Empok Nor", "Who Mourns for Morn?", "Covenant")

Alternate realities[]

Til'amin froth continued to be served in Quark's bar on the second Deep Space 9 in the First Splinter timeline. (DS9 eBook: Rules of Accusation)
