Molly O'Brien falls through a time portal, emerging as a feral adult.
Summary[]
The O’Brien family take a trip to Golana, a world near Deep Space 9. Molly wanders away from her family, and falls into an alien portal and disappears. Dax investigates and learns that the portal has sent Molly into the past, and when they transport her back, Molly is now a woman of eighteen. Miles and Keiko take Molly back to the station, but Molly has regressed so much that she is unable to cope. After she attacks a patron in Quark’s, Molly faces being taken to a Federation medical facility. Unable to lose his daughter, O’Brien returns Molly to Golana, where she goes back through the portal. She finds her younger self there, and sends her back to her family.
