Toka's Sea was a notable body of water on the planet Ithen, aka Orodanga.

History and specifics[]

Brackish Toka's Sea sat entirely atop Malak Plateau, a desolate northern geologic landmark. Its briny water contained a wealth of chemical resources.

It was believed to be a mythological site until a 20th century expedition through the plateau discovered that it really existed. Afterward, it became a tourist destination, a desirable locale for those who sought relief from crowded coastal cities.

By the 23rd century, a number of floating chemical manufacturing factories operated on the sea, withdrawing salts, metals, and minerals for industrial use. (Stardate Magazine vol. 2, Issue 11: "The Dayen")
