Lord Tolz Kenran was a Klingon military officer during the 2280s.
In 2281, Tolz ordered Krazz to take custody of Federation Warrantors of Peace from Romulans who had kidnapped them. Tolz did this because it was a menial assignment and he wished to punish Krazz based on an old rivalry. Later, Tolz objected to Liviana Charvanek's threat to kill Krazz, but in reality was happy at the prospect. (TOS novel: Dwellers in the Crucible)
