In the Mirror Universe, Thomas Paris was kept as a sex slave for B'Elanna's mirror counterpart. While she didn't truly love him, she love the time that they spent together. However, during a confrontation between him, Lewis Zimmerman's mirror counterpart and her, B'Elanna was forced to kill him by throwing a Dk'tang into his face, shortly before she was rendered unconscious by Tuvok's mirror counterpart.
