In the mirror universe, Thomas Paris was kept as a sex slave for B'Elanna's mirror counterpart, the half-Klingon, half-Terran Intendant of Ardana's mirror counterpart}. While she didn't truly love him, she loved the time that they spent together. However, during a confrontation between the two of them and Lewis Zimmerman's mirror counterpart, B'Elanna was forced to kill him by throwing a d'k tahg into his face, shortly before she was rendered unconscious by Tuvok's mirror counterpart.
