Uhlan Tomal was a Romulan soldier during the Romulan-Haakonan War.
In the year 2156, Tomal manned the communications station aboard the ChR Terrh'Dhael when it led the initial assault on Haakona Prime. As the ship approached Haakona, Tomal reported that no signals were coming from the planet. (ENT - The Romulan War novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)
