Tommy Watson (born 2354) was a resident of Utopia Planitia in the 2360s. Watson's father was a member of Starfleet who was assigned to the Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards to rebuild the fleet after the Borg incursion and the Battle of Wolf 359.
Watson bullied Jake Sisko throughout all three of Jake's years at Utopia Planitia. Watson remained after Jake left for Deep Space 9. (DS9 novel: Arcade)
