Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

Torad, son of Keldraq was a QuchHa' Klingon alive during the 2260s.

In 2269, Torad was working as a section chief at the mining facility in Beta Thoridar's asteroid belt when Krov was killed. This led Malvak to become suspicious of Gahlar, son of Murak, since Gahlar had often argued with Krov. Torad was the only QuchHa' section chief, so Malvak asked him for help in getting revenge, but Torad refused to help. After Malvak took matters into his own hands and killed Gahlar on his own, Torad informed the mine supervisors that Malvak had planned revenge, leading to Malvak's execution.

Later, Torad was interviewed by Kor after the Defense Force was forced to come to the mining facility and stop the minor rebellion following Malvak's death. After Torad's part in Malvak's death became known, he was informed that Kor and his comrades would not forget Torad's part in the injustice surrounding Krov's death. (ST novella: The Unhappy Ones)
