Tozrene

Tozrene was a male Tholian living in the 24th century, with a golden radiance. He was Facet for External Security in September 2385, and was responsible for the Typhon Pact's ongoing attempts to bring Andor into the Pact by passing allowed information from the Shedai Meta-genome to the Andorian government. Like many Tholians, Tozrene was extremely xenophobic and curt in his communications. (ST - The Fall novel: A Ceremony of Losses)
