Traelus II was a planet located in the galaxy's Beta Quadrant, the second planet in orbit of the Traelus star system, in the space of the Klingon Empire. In 2376, it was the site of an incident involving the Tholians, and Federation Ambassador Worf played a role in drafting the resolution between those two powers in its aftermath.
