Trelka V was a planet located in the space of the galaxy's Alpha Quadrant, the fifth planet in orbit of the Trelka star system. This world was the location of a Dominion base that General Martok and his Klingon forces attacked in 2375. (DS9 episode: "Once More Unto the Breach")
