Tube grub remoulade was a type of 24th century food concoction considered for the menu of Sisko's Creole Kitchen by Joseph Sisko, after he began preparing tube grubs for Cadet Nog in the early 2370s decade, a combination of the Human civilization's remoulade with the Ferengi food staple.

History and specifics[]

When Nog began attending Starfleet Academy in the year 2372, he took Jake Sisko's recommendation about visiting Jake's grandfather's restaurant and found that Joseph was one of the few chefs on the planet Earth who would serve him live tube grubs. After preparing these regularly, Joseph said he was considering them for a menu item with the traditional sauce, albeit not served live for Human customers. (DS9 episode: "Homefront")
