The Tulians were a cybernetically-augmented cousin species of the Bolian race. Their skin was teal-blue and lacked the typically Bolian stripes and cartilaginous ridge. (DSC novel: Desperate Hours, TNG episode: "Conspiracy")


A long time before the 2250s decade, the Tulians had embraced cybernetic augmentations of their bodies. On Lieutenant Troke of the USS Shenzhou, these included circular metal enhancements on the left side of his face, and a neural coupling protruding from the occipital lobe on the same side.
