Tully was a Human man, a lieutenant who served as a security officer aboard the USS Enterprise in the 2260s.

HistoryEdit

In 2266, Lieutenant Tully was one three security officers who beamed down to Exo III with Commander Spock to rescue James T. Kirk and Christine Chapel. (TOS episode & Star Trek 11 novelization: What Are Little Girls Made Of?)

In 2268, when the USS Enterprise's returned to Exo III to search for Harry Mudd, Tully was one of four security guards who split into pairs. As Tully described his prior visit to his partner, an ensign, they came across a matrix chamber for constructing androids. They started to report in but were suddenly attacked. A Ruk android protecting the chamber broke Tully's neck and crushed his partner's back. (TOS - New Visions comic: "The Survival Equation")

It was stated in the comic that Tully appeared in the episode.
