"Turnabout Intruder" was the 79th episode of Star Trek: The Original Series, the 24th and final episode of the show's third and final season, first aired on 3 June 1969. The episode was written by Gene Roddenberry and Arthur H. SingerMA, directed by Herb WallersteinMA and novelized in Star Trek 5 by James Blish.

Summary

A self-hating woman and ex-lover of James T. Kirk has a double revenge: switch consciousnesses with Kirk and then kill Kirk in her "old body"!
