Tutu was a dark-skinned male Human who lived in the 24th century. In the 2370s, he was a member of Starfleet and served aboard the USS Defiant as a tactical officer.
In 2373, Tutu manned the weapons station of the Defiant during its attack on the Borg ship that was heading to Earth. Tutu was later injured or killed when the Defiant took crippling damage from the Borg cube. (ST novelization: First Contact)
