Twenginian was a planet in the outer parts of Federation space in the mid-24th century, in the Alpha or the Beta Quadrant.
Circa 2358, the USS Seeker was on a mission to smash an Orion cartel operating on a number of outer Federation planets, including Twenginian and Conquiidor. On Twenginian, Chief of Security Venton Scoggins led an away team to drive Orions out of a hideout, but was unable to get to his assistant, Darryl Adin, in time to save him from being injured.
