Twistekey was a crewmember aboard the USS Lexington in the mid-24th century.
Twistekey was a friend of Lexington chief medical officer Dr. Elizabeth Lense. During the time Lense was being held at Starbase 314 under suspicion of having been genetically enhanced, Twistekey was either killed or transferred of the Lexington.
