For the Starfleet station, see Typhon 1.

Typhon I was a 24th century space station used by the Typhon Pact as a location where all six member states could meet.

Design[]

Designed to represent the form of the galaxy, Typhon I consisted of a spherical central structure from which six spiral arms extended. Each arm served a different member state, and was configured according to their technological and environmental requirements. The central sphere was more generic, having been designed to accomodate all members adequately.

History[]

The design and construction of Typhon I began around the turn of the 2380s decade.

In February of 2381, Proconsul Tomalak of the Romulan Star Empire, Speaker Alizome of the Tzenkethi Coalition, Ambassador Corskene of the Tholian Assembly, Ambassador Vart of the Breen Confederacy, Patriarch Radrigi of the Holy Order of the Kinshaya, and Ambassador Skorn of the Gorn Hegemony met on Typhon I for a summit to develop the particulars of their alliance. At this time, the Gorn and Breen spiral arms, along with parts of the central hub, had yet to be fully completed. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Rough Beasts of Empire)
