UFC 522-IV was a planet, the fourth planet in the UFC 522 star system, somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrants of the galaxy. UFC 522-IV was the homeworld of the galaxy's oldest civilization, which inexplicably vanished 7.5 billion years ago. Well-preserved after many years, remains of their advanced cities and psionic crystals were discovered around reference stardate 1/20 by Doctor Helmut Kreutzer of the USS Schlieman.
