This ship was used in the elite Klingon Command Academy bridge crew training simulations for the class of the year 2290. As such, she was encountered performing a scientific study in the Petras star system in a simulated mission, in company with the USS Farragut. (TOS video game: Klingon Academy)
- This ship was likely named for Brian Aamot, a member of the game's development team. Since the ship was only shown as a fictional manifestation in a Klingon simulation, we don't necessarily know that this vessel was actually in Federation service during the era of the game, although it seems possible and likely.
