The USS Aamot was a Federation starship, an Oberth-class scout in service in the late 23rd century.

This ship was used in the elite Klingon Command Academy bridge crew training simulations for the class of the year 2290. As such, she was encountered performing a scientific study in the Petras star system in a simulated mission, in company with the USS Farragut. (TOS video game: Klingon Academy)

This ship was likely named for Brian Aamot, a member of the game's development team. Since the ship was only shown as a fictional manifestation in a Klingon simulation, we don't necessarily know that this vessel was actually in Federation service during the era of the game, although it seems possible and likely.
