The USS Aldebaran (NCC-2712) was a Loknar-class (mark I subclass) Federation frigate starship in the 23rd century, entering Starfleet service on reference stardate 1/9310. The Aldebaran was named for the star system Aldebaran, and was refit to the Loknar mark II specifications on stardate 1/9904, and recorded as destroyed on stardate 2/0802.
