The USS Aldebaran was a Nebula-class Federation starship in service in the 24th century.

In 2374, the Aldebaran was part of the Task Force sent to retake the Setlik system from the Dominion. (SCE ebook: War Stories).

In 2376, the Aldebaran, under the command of Captain Robison, was destroyed in battle against a trio of rogue Jem'Hadar vessels who had hoped to re-ignite the war with the Alpha Quadrant. (DS9 novel: Avatar Book 1).

The wreckage of the Aldebaran caused the Bajoran Wormhole to open every few hours. Jake Sisko used the wreckage to sneak into the wormhole on the Venture, a small craft that he aquired from Quark.. (DS9 novel: Avatar Book 2).
