The USS Aquitaine was a Federation Starfleet starship in service in the late-24th century.

In 2370, the crew of the Aquitaine beamed down to Beta Scoraata II but were captured and cocooned by creatures indigenous to the planet. They were rescued by an away team from the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG comics: "Children of Chaos", "Mother of Madness", "Brothers in Darkness")

The Aquitaine's (unnamed) class appeared to be borne out of the Nova-class concept starship proposals of the 2360s. (TNG reference: Star Trek: The Next Generation Technical Manual)
