The USS Argos was a 24th century Federation starship in Starfleet service in the 2310s decade.
In the year 2316, Lieutenant Junior Grade Rachel Garrett served aboard this vessel. Garrett was serving aboard the Argos when she met and became involved with Betazoid xenoarchaeologist Ven Kaldarren. They married later that same year. (TLE novel: Well of Souls)
