In the year 2374, the Belligham was under the command of Captain Vraath ch'Evram. The Bellingham first officer was Deltan.
In that year, the Bellingham contacted the freighter Solanco to warn it of its proximity to the Hunyadi Rift. The Solanco was in fact carrying a Founder with the detonation codes to the minefield covering the Bajoran wormhole. (ST - Tales of the Dominion War short story: "Night of the Vulture")
By 2381, Vraath ch'Evram had been promoted to admiral and had left the Bellingham. (TNG novel: Losing the Peace)
