The USS Blenheim (NCC-4315) was a Federation starship, a Larson-class destroyer in Starfleet service in the 23rd century. She entered active service on reference stardate 1/8906. On stardate 1/9903, the Blenheim re-entered service after undergoing a refit to mk II specifications. She was later refit to mk VI specifications and relaunched on stardate 2/1103, and then later placed on inactive status on stardate 2/1511. (FASA RPG module: Federation Ship Recognition Manual)
